To garnish:
- Butter for brushing
- 8 Discs Black Forest ham **
- 4 Free range eggs
- Butter for frying
- Salt
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Parsley
Instructions
- Brush the bread slices thickly with butter and cover them generously with the raw ham. Place on a rustic wooden board and add a garnish of tomato, cucumber and parsley.
- Fry the eggs as fried eggs in melted butter, add a little salt and slide onto the prepared bread, drizzling the butter that is still in the pan over the eggs and serve immediately. Strammer Max has a high satiety value, which is why we already ate (and enjoyed) it for lunch. Good Appetite!!
- ** Black Forest ham has a strong, smoky taste and is therefore particularly suitable for this dish. I once took a Serrano (there was no other ham in the house) for it - Max wasn't so ideal with it; also tasty, of course, but not "ideal".
