Avocado brownies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 60 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp, leveled baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Peel the avocado and place the flesh in a mixing bowl with the eggs, vanilla sugar, and brown sugar. Puree, then stir in the melted chocolate. Mix the almonds, cocoa, and baking powder, then add to the mixture and mix. Line a cake pan (approx. 24 cm x 24 cm) with baking paper and pour the batter into the pan. Bake in the hot oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool, turn out, and remove the baking paper. Dust with cocoa before serving. Tip: If you cut it into small 55g pieces, each piece contains only 55 kcal.
