- ½ avocado(s)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 ml cream
- 30 g cocoa
- 40 g xylitol (sugar substitute)

- n. B. eggnog

Using a hand blender, puree the avocado flesh until very fine, perhaps with a little oil. Combine this mixture with all the other ingredients in a food processor on medium speed until a smooth cream forms. Pour into small glasses and garnish with the fruit of your choice—grapes, raspberries, mango, whatever you like—or add a dash of eggnog instead. Or eat straight from the bowl.
