Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g couscous
- 1 small avocado(s)
- 1 handful of cranberries, dried
- 1 handful of almonds, chopped
- 2 stalks of parsley, or some dried
- 1 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
- turmeric
- coriander
- cumin
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly. Season with salt, turmeric, coriander, and cumin to taste. Dice the avocado flesh and stir it into the couscous along with the cranberries, almonds, chopped parsley, and peanut oil.
