Ingredients
 

Cocktail sauce

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Garlic powder
  • 150 g Shrimp preserve drained
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 50 g Mayonnaise
  • 20 g Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brandy
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Halve and core the avocado. Remove the pulp with a tablespoon and dice. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Cocktail sauce

  • Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together. Season to taste with brandy, sugar, chilli, salt and pepper.

to dish out

  • E.g. Serve in a small cocktail glass or on a chicory leaf or on a leaf of lettuce: first the avocado pieces, then the prawns. Drizzle with the cream and garnish with dill. Enjoy your meal!
