Ingredients
Cocktail sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Garlic powder
- 150 g Shrimp preserve drained
- 1 tsp Dill
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 20 g Tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Halve and core the avocado. Remove the pulp with a tablespoon and dice. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Cocktail sauce
- Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together. Season to taste with brandy, sugar, chilli, salt and pepper.
to dish out
- E.g. Serve in a small cocktail glass or on a chicory leaf or on a leaf of lettuce: first the avocado pieces, then the prawns. Drizzle with the cream and garnish with dill. Enjoy your meal!
