- 2 avocados
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 chili pepper(s), green or red
- 1 lemon(s) or lime
- 3 cocktail tomatoes or mini vine tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions

As a dip or spread
Halve the avocados, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and mash it with a fork. Squeeze the lime or lemon and squeeze the juice over the avocado puree (this prevents it from turning brown). Finely dice the onion, tomatoes, and chili peppers and add them. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Goes perfectly with fresh bread. It’s also great as an appetizer with, for example, pumpernickel.
