  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • pepper

Instructions

Halve the avocado. Carefully remove the pit and peel. Wash, trim, and dice the cucumber and bell pepper. Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a dressing. Serve with some fine bread.
