Avocado fruit salsa

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 m.-large pointed peppers
  • 1 nectarine(s)
  • 3 tbsp mango(s), diced
  • 1 sprig(s) of coriander for decoration
  • 1 lime(s), organic, zest and juice
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce, hot
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tsp herb pepper
  • 1 tsp curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

to salmon

Place the lime zest in a bowl, then add the lime juice. Add the vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil and season to taste. Whisk thoroughly. Dice the bell peppers, nectarine, mango, and avocado and gently mix with the marinade. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with salmon, for example.
