Ingredients for 3 servings:
- some lemon juice
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with crème fraîche
Crush the garlic and place it in a bowl with the avocado. Mash the avocado with a fork. Add the crème fraîche and blend. If you prefer chunks of avocado in your dip, you can skip the blending and mix everything with a fork. Finally, add a little lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. It tastes even better if you let the dip sit overnight.
