Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 avocados
- 3 bulb(s)
- 2 limes
- 75 g Parmesan
- 50 g pine nuts
- Oil, pumpkin seed oil or good olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Roast the pine nuts in a pan (without fat!). Halve, pit, and peel the avocado and pear. Quarter and cut into thin slices. Place the slices alternately on plates and drizzle with lime juice and pumpkin seed oil. Grate the Parmesan into wafer-thin slices and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Season with salt and pepper.
