Avocado salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 3 apples, sour
  • 1 small can/n beans, white
  • 2 tbsp herbs of your choice (e.g. thyme, basil, parsley, olive herb, etc.)
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and dice the avocados. Peel and dice the apples. Drain the beans. Finely chop the herbs. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Combine the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, pour over the prepared ingredients, and mix gently. Cover and let stand for at least 1/2 hour. Adjust seasoning if desired.
