great sauce for grilled meat, very unusual

Hollow out the avocado and dice the flesh. Immediately sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon to prevent discoloration. Then puree with a hand blender. Finely dice the onion and garlic cloves and add to the avocado along with the low-fat yogurt. Puree until creamy. Season with salt and white pepper. The sauce should always be made fresh and shouldn’t be left standing for too long, as the avocado can discolor. This sauce comes from Spain and is an ideal accompaniment to grilled meat.
