- 1 piece(s) ginger, fresh
- some lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, black
- 1 small onion(s)
Instructions

Simple and vegetarian
Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and place it in a bowl. Add a little lemon juice and mash it well with a fork. Peel a small piece of ginger, finely grate it, and add it. Peel and finely dice the onion and add it. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Serve as a spread with bread and fresh cucumber slices.
