Avocado mustard dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • some pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pit the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. Crush the garlic clove, add olive oil, mustard, salt, lemon juice, and pepper, and mash everything with a fork. Tastes delicious on freshly baked, crusty bread.
