Instructions

Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with a fork. Immediately mix with the lemon juice to prevent it from browning. Finely dice the onion and crush the garlic clove, then dice the tomato. Then mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, if desired. Adding the avocado pits to the spread will prevent it from browning as quickly.
