Avocado tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 2 cans of tuna, 180 g each
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • e.g. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the avocados and cucumber into approximately 1 cm chunks. Quarter the onion and slice into thin rings. Chop the parsley. Drain the tuna. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season to taste with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. The salad tastes best when it’s at room temperature and has been allowed to sit for a while.
