Avocado with smoked salmon as a starter

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 2 slices of salmon (smoked salmon)
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh, leaving a small edge, and place it in a bowl. Roughly mash it with a fork. Drizzle with the lemon juice (it tastes fresh and preserves the color). Cut the salmon into strips. Wash the dill and chop it slightly. Mix with the avocado mixture and season with salt and pepper. Spoon this mixture back into the avocado halves. Garnish with some dill. I serve it with baguette and a dry glass of Prosecco.
