Avocado with smoked salmon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 2 avocados, ripe

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the crème fraîche with the cream and mustard. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Wash the dill and finely chop it with scissors. Cut the salmon into small strips. Mix the dill and half of the salmon strips into the cream. Pit the avocados. Peel off the skin and cut into thin strips, leaving the strips attached at the base. Fan out the avocados and arrange on four plates. Spoon dill cream next to each strip and garnish with the remaining salmon strips. Side dish: warm baguette with garlic butter.
