Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 120 g cream
  • vegetable broth
  • tarragon
  • salt and pepper
  • Cornstarch (Mondamin)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Dice and sauté the onion, add the mushrooms, and fry briefly. Season with vegetable stock, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Add the cream. Thicken slightly with Mondamin and simmer for 20 minutes. This goes very well with hash browns.
