Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 half avocados
- 4 m.-sized tomatoes
- 1 bag of mozzarella
- olive oil
- Basil, fresh
- herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the tomato into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices, and thinly slice the mozzarella. Using a large spoon, scoop out the avocado in one piece from each half and cut it into very fine strips. To serve everything attractively, use a deep plate and arrange the ingredients in a snail shape, alternating them on the plate until all the ingredients are used up. Gently drizzle the dish with olive oil and sprinkle with a little basil and herb salt.
