Successfully and enthusiastically!
Cut the baguette, panini, or ciabatta into approximately 2.5 cm thick slices (6-8 cm in diameter) and toast them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for a few minutes until lightly browned. Brush each slice with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese, top with two sun-dried tomatoes, then another sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, and finally garnish with the torn basil leaves. If you like, you can toast the bruschetta in the oven for another 1-2 minutes. Alternative ingredients: Manchego cheese instead of Parmesan / fresh tomato slices instead of sun-dried tomatoes, and additional Serrano ham under the tomatoes.
