Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g minced meat, half and half
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 liter vegetable broth, fresh or instant
- 100 g noodles (shell soup noodles)
- 2 packs of soup vegetables, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and wash the onions and slice them into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until it’s chunky (not crumbly like in a Bolognese sauce). Briefly fry the onions, add the ketchup, and stir. Pour in 1 liter of broth, bring to a boil, add the vegetables and pasta, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
