Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 ml ketchup
  • curry powder
  • some breadcrumbs
  • some oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Very simple quick dish

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly and brown. Mix the cooked pasta with the minced meat, ketchup, a little breadcrumbs, and plenty of curry powder. Serve with cucumber salad.
