Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 large carrots
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 pack of cream
- ½ liter broth
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 spring onion(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the carrots, potatoes, and kohlrabi and cut into bite-sized pieces/slices. Then cook in the broth until almost tender. Meanwhile, chop the spring onions and sauté them in oil, then fry the minced meat until crumbly. Once the meat is cooked through, add the vegetables and fry briefly. Top up with the broth and stir in the cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tip: If it’s too soupy for you, you can thicken it with cornstarch or use less broth next time.
