Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, e.g. B. tagliatelle
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar, maybe more or less

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quick and easy. I learned and loved this recipe from my Bulgarian colleague.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Ribbon pasta works particularly well for this recipe. After cooking, drain the water and sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of sugar over the hot pasta. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the pasta, crumble the feta cheese with clean hands, and add it to the pot. Gently mix everything, divide among plates, and serve with a fresh salad, if desired.
