with banana and nuts

Mix the milk, cream, and yogurt with the oats, raisins, and chopped nuts, such as pecans, walnuts, or almonds. Add the lemon juice and grated zest, along with the sugar and cinnamon. Mix well and refrigerate overnight in a sealed jar. In the morning, add the grated apple and banana, stir again, and add a little milk if desired. It’s also great to take to work and enjoy as a filling breakfast. Everything is prepared with a normal fat content. If you use reduced-fat ingredients, especially replacing the cream with 1.5% milk, the whole thing won’t be as tasty, but it will be considerably lighter. 540 kcal per serving.
