- 100 ml milk
- 1 prune(s)
- ½ tsp rapeseed oil

Tastes good both cold and warm and has a stool loosening effect.
Soak the prune in a little water in the refrigerator overnight. Warm the milk if necessary. Blend the milk and prune together until smooth. If desired, add a little rapeseed oil before blending. Serve the milkshake in a small glass, sippy cup, or drinking bottle. Tip: White almond butter also works well instead of rapeseed oil.
