Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g yogurt
- 100 g whipped cream
- 110 g sugar
- 2 lemons (organic)
- 2 tbsp liqueur (Licor 43)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
very creamy and not so powerful
Squeeze the lemons and finely grate the zest. Combine the lemon juice and zest with the sugar, liqueur, yogurt, and cream. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Then pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and churn until creamy in 30-45 minutes.
