Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g stockfish
- 300 g onion(s), thinly sliced
- 500 g potatoes, cut into thin, long sticks
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 5 tbsp oil for frying
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- ½ bunch coriander or flat parsley

Cut the cod into pieces and soak in water for 24 hours, changing the water frequently. Then shred the fish into small pieces. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Fry the potato sticks in a pan with the oil and the crushed garlic clove. Remove the potatoes from the pan and fry the onions. Add the cod and the fried potatoes and mix gently. When everything is hot and cooked, stir in the beaten eggs and serve before the eggs have set. Sprinkle with chopped parsley to finish.
