Bacon, beans and potato stew

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g bacon, diced
  • 1 gr. can/n beans (sharpened beans)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • some vinegar
  • e.g. parsley, fresh or dried
  • pepper
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the bacon in a pan without adding any fat or oil. Dice the onions and add them to the bacon. Peel and dice the potatoes, and add them to the pan. Add pepper and dried parsley. Add the fresh parsley just before serving. Add water to the pan so that it’s almost completely covered. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked through. Drain the beans and add them to the pan. Stir well and season with vinegar. Add the fresh parsley now and stir again.
