Lentil soup with sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g lentils
  • ½ celery root
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • n. B. sausages
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the onions and fry with the bacon. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and celery, cut them into roughly equal pieces, and add them. Sauté briefly, then pour in 1.5 liters of water and add the lentils. Add a little granulated stock, bring to a boil, and cook until the lentils are tender. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Add the sausages, if desired, and heat until hot, then serve.
