Bacon Cheeseburger

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll (hamburger) XXL
  • 150 g minced beef
  • ½ handful of cheese, Gouda or Emmental
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 3 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 5 slices of cucumber
  • 1 slice(s) tomato(s)
  • 1 shot of oil (sunflower)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut open the bun and place it in an oven preheated to 80-100°C. Shape approximately 70% of the meat into a soup bowl, into which you place the cheese. Place the remaining meat on top like a lid. Wrap the bacon around it. This will hold it together and distribute the bacon flavor evenly. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the meat for 5-7 minutes per side, depending on how cooked you like it. Spread the bun with ketchup and barbecue sauce, then arrange lettuce, tomato, and cucumber on top. Place the burger on top.
