Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 560 g buckwheat, finely ground
- 3 tbsp soy flour
- 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder
- 450 ml mineral water
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ handful of oat flakes
- ½ handful of flaxseed
- 3 tsp bread spice mix
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
without milk, with soy flour
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 200 degrees Celsius on the middle rack for approximately 50 minutes. Caution: If the mixture is too thick, the bread may stick despite greasing the pan!
