Bacon Fat
The perfect bacon fat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Bacon
- 0,25 piece Lard
- 2 piece Peeled garlic clove
- Marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cut the bacon into small cubes and leave in a pan
- Add the pork lard and garlic, when the bacon cubes are slightly brown, stir in the remaining ingredients and continue for about 15 minutes. Let simmer on a low flame.
- Pour the liquid fat into a container (the diced bacon can be added as desired). Stir every now and then so that the cubes of bacon and the spices are evenly distributed.
