Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
- some vegetable oil
- 100 g bacon
- 100 g mountain cheese, diced
- 50 g onion(s), diced
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs and mix in the salt and chives. Cut the bacon into thin strips, fry in a little oil, and then add it to the egg mixture. Heat a pan with a little oil, pour the egg mixture into it, and let it set briefly. Then add the onions and cheese cubes. Sprinkle with pepper and cover. Reduce the heat and let stand briefly. Serve with lentil salad or green salad.
