Fried egg with bacon according to Eduard Konrath

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 20 slices of bacon
  • 20 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Heat the butter in the same skillet. Add the eggs in batches (about 4-5 eggs per skillet) and fry until fried. Sprinkle the bacon over the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
