Farmer's scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • 3 tbsp sweet cream
  • 4 slices of salmon ham or other raw ham
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • Chives, chopped (according to taste)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the cream, fried onions, and seasoning. Cut the ham into small cubes. Add a little fat to a pan and briefly fry the ham over high heat. When the ham is slightly crispy, pour the egg mixture over it and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. If you like, garnish with chives. Tip: If you have leftover cooked potatoes, you can also finely dice them and mix them into the egg mixture.
