Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pieces of veal sausage
  • 8 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 2 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 bunch of chives, finely chopped
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Skin the sausage, cut lengthwise, and spread mustard on the cut sides. Sprinkle with chives and reassemble the sausages. Wrap two slices of bacon around each sausage and secure with a toothpick. Place the sausages on the hot grill and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
