Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g bacon
- ⅛ liter milk
- Salt
- 80 g semolina
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan. Pour in the milk and season with salt. Pour the semolina into the boiling milk and simmer gently (!). Let the mixture cool. Whisk the egg and stir in. Shape it into small dumplings and cook them in soup or salted water as needed.
