- 500 g meatloaf, for home baking
- 3 eggs, class M
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

Mix all the ingredients for homemade meatloaf from the fresh meat counter. Scoop out small dumplings with a teaspoon and place them in boiling meat broth (or salted water). Let them simmer briefly and then remove them with a slotted spoon. Serve the meat dumplings in good meat broth. The mixed meat mixture can also be shaped into dumplings using a piping bag with a large nozzle (no. 11). Squeeze out about 1 cm of the mixture and squeegee it into the boiling water with a knife. This creates beautiful little dumplings.
