Bacon toast with cheese and onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 2 slices of cheese (toast cheese, processed cheese)
  • 1 onion(s), blue or normal
  • Cheese (Emmental), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 point bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Small snack for the evening

Toast the slices of toast. Add the cheese to the hot slices and press them together. Wait until the cheese has melted and stuck to both sides of the toast. Meanwhile, place the bacon on a plate and microwave with a splash guard (approx. 2 minutes at 800 W). Then let it dry on a kitchen towel. Halve the onion and cut into small slices. Pull the toast apart. Add the bacon. Add Emmental cheese, season with salt and pepper, add the onion slices, and place them together. If you like, you can put the finished toast in a contact grill again so that the Emmental cheese and the melted cheese mix a bit.
