Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey cutlets, thin
- 8 slice(s) bacon or ham
- 1 package of feta cheese made from sheep’s milk
- Pesto (basil pesto)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
filled with basil pesto and feta
Place one schnitzel on each of two slices of bacon and spread with basil pesto. Place a piece of feta cheese approximately 1-2 cm thick on one end. Roll everything up and secure with toothpicks. Sear or grill until crispy brown on all sides.
