Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg boneless chicken breast
- 50 g butter, soft
- 50 g honey
- 4 tbsp sauce (hoisin or barbecue sauce)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard, grainy

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
ideal for grilling
Mix the marinade ingredients. Make 3-4 diagonal cuts in the chicken breast and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or preferably 24 hours. Then grill it. Don’t place it too close to the embers, or the honey will burn very quickly.
