Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 8 sausages
- 2 tbsp mild mustard
- 24 prunes
- 8 slice(s) smoked bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Preheat the oven grill. Score the sausages lengthwise 3/4 of the way through with a knife and add the mustard and 3 prunes to each slit. Stretch the bacon with the back of a knife until very thin. Wrap a slice around each sausage. Place the sausages on a grill rack and grill for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and browned on all sides.
