Stuffed grilled tomatoes with feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 4 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Garlic salt
  • Garlic pepper
  • Salt (tomato salt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, chop the feta, peel and dice the onion, and peel and crush the garlic. Then, cut open the tops of the tomatoes and hollow them out. Mix the feta cubes with the onions, crushed garlic, and spices. (You can also add a drop of olive oil.) Then fill the tomatoes with the feta. Put the top slice of tomato back on, and wrap the tomato in silver foil. Grill the whole thing for about 20 minutes. Serve with my delicious tzatziki! You can add basil or other Italian spices to taste.
