Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 grilled sausages (Nuremberg style)
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash, peel, and slice the potatoes, then boil in salted water. Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions. Finely dice the Nuremberg sausages, then fry them with the onions in oil in a large pan. Add the cooked potatoes and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat without turning them, until they develop a nice crust. Then turn them over and continue frying for another 5-10 minutes. In a second pan, fry the fried eggs. Serve them on the plate with the potatoes. Instead of Nuremberg sausages, you can also fry meatloaf, bacon, or ham.
