a very light and tasty burger
Place the chicken strips in a bowl and toss with pepper, salt, lovage, and maple syrup. Let everything sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Mix the yogurt with the fried potato seasoning, lime juice, and maple syrup, and season to taste. The final flavor should be slightly acidic, but not too strong—the yogurt should still come through. Rinse the tomato, onion, and lettuce and cut into strips (not the lettuce, of course). Cut the bagels in half so they can be lightly toasted later. Roughly clean the leeks as well. Place the chicken and spring onions on the grill and grill on all sides over direct heat. Then move to the indirect heat and let it cook. Now add the bagels to toast. Once everything is cooked, it’s time to assemble the bagels. Spread some yogurt sauce on the bottom of the bagels, then layer the lettuce and tomato strips on top. Now add a thinner layer of chicken, again with a little sauce. Now add the spring onions and finely sliced onion rings. Add another thin layer of chicken strips on top. Place the top of the bagel on top and turn it into a complete bagel chicken burger. A burger that doesn’t need to hide. Especially when you want something light but are still craving a burger, this is a delicious and light version, in my opinion.
