Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120g bacon
- 85 g spelt flour
- 4 tbsp, heaped yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s), size M
- 2 tbsp oil
- n. B. Oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a bagel pan. Chop half of the bacon into small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a batter. Pour the batter into the pan and top with the remaining bacon. Bake the bagels on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes.
