Bagels with horseradish and goat yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped horseradish
  • 85 g flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g goat’s yogurt
  • n. B. Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a bagel pan. Mix all ingredients together to form a dough. Pour the dough into the pan and bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes.
