Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 ml water
- ½ cube of yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the yeast with the water. Then combine with the flour, salt, and oil. Knead and let rest. Before grilling, take pieces of the dough, tie them onto skewers, and let them rise briefly. Then hold them over the fire and grill.
